HTML Kit - Very good editor that supports many languages, what makes it so flexible is the 300+ plug-ins (available for download) that make using it even more productive.

MAX's HTML Beauty++ ME - Excellent free HTML editor, i have yet to find a free editor as useful and bug free! New version has been promised but not delivered yet...
