If you have been using identities and Outlook Express fails to load.
Start
Run
regedit
Backup "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Identities" as "identity".
Beneath this key you will find several identities:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Identities/{45FG6574........." etc.
Backup each of these identities as:
"identity 1"
"identity 2"
etc.
Now delete the key:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Identities"
Restart Outlook Express.
This will take you to the mail setup wizard, enter anything in here.
Once done close Outlook Express.
From the desktop, double click on each of the reg backup "identities1" etc. but not the backup of "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Identities"
Restart Outlook Express.
File>> Switch Identities
Switch to one of the previous identities.
File>> Manage Identities
Delete Main Identity.
