Disconnection when closing IE or OE?

When closing Internet Explorer or Outlook Express you are disconnected without being prompted, even though:
Internet Options>> Connections>> Settings>> Advanced
Has not got "disconnect when a connection may no longer be needed" ticked.
Search registry for "enableautodisconnect"
Change the value to:
0 to disable
1 to enable
