Clearing the Cache/Temporary Internet Files
control panel>> internet options>> general>> temporary internet files
Click the "Delete temporary internet files" button.
Put a tick into "Delete all offline content?" when prompted and click "OK".
Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the "Internet Options" window to complete.
Follow the above instructions plus:
control panel>> internet options>> general>> temporary internet files>> settings>> view files
Delete all files contained in the folder.
Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the "Internet Options" window to complete.
