How to find your IP Address on a Mac.
Note : - The IP address on the display that appears in the main PPP / Remote Access Control Panel window is NOT the IP address.
Establish a dial-up connection.
Close PPP / Remote Access if it is open (do not disconnect).
Launch the PPP / Remote Access Control Panel.
Go to the PPP or Remote Access menu and select Activity Log.
A popup window appears containing a dial-up history.
Near the bottom of the list should be the current IP address.
Establish a dial-up connection.
Apple>> Control Panels>> TCP/IP.
File>> Get Info.
A pop window appears containing network information.
This window should display the current IP address.
