Run the Internet Mail program from the control strip, usually at the bottom of the desktop.
The icon looks like a blue stamp.
Then go to:
Internet mail
mail menu
preferences
accounts.
Lists the accounts, they can be removed, edited and created from here.
create>> pop account>> decription, personal>> email addy>> full name>> host name (mail servers)>> account name.
system preferences>> internet.
