If the dialer has to be re-created continuously to allow authentication:
NOTE: You may require the Windows XP CD.
Check that Client for MS networks is ticked in the dialer properties.
Control Panel
Network Connections
dialer
properties
networking.
If it is ticked then uninstall it.
Restart.
Re-install
Restart.
